Qualifications:

 

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must be reliable and on time

• Have excellent communication skills

• Must be at least 18 years old

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 plus pounds regularly

• Ability to maneuver on a ladder up to 30 ft

• Basic hand tools are required, such as brushes, screw drivers, utility knife and 5 in 1 tool

• Ability to work as a team player and follow direction

• Ability to communicate with customers and dress in a professional manner

          Scraping, sanding, caulking, masking, cut & roll, spraying paint
